Macarons Class for Four

Julie is not a pastry chef, but after several years of perseverance and research, she believes she has come close to mastering this temperamental but divine confection -- and she will show you what she knows!  You and 3 friends will be invited to her home on a convenient date and she will demonstrate how to make the macaron using Pierre Herme's recipe.  Then your group will make your own batch with her expert assistance.

Limited to the ISTP Community.  Ages 14 and up.  No expiration date.
