FINE PRINT::

1. Each sign is made to order on real wood which has natural imperfections (nicks, wood knots, etc). No attempt is made to cover these. Each piece of wood takes are stain and paint process differently. Each sign is one of a kind and NO TWO WILL BE ALIKE.

2. DISTRESSING - Our signs are not mass produced. Each sign is still hand sanded in Missouri and receives its own unique distress pattern and no attempt is made to duplicate a previously sanded sign. Our signs are sanded to look worn and aged. We feel it lends to the "lived in" look.

 3. No hanging hardware included. Our signs are designed to hang from the frame. We recommend wall anchors and screws for installation.
