He is inspired by color, abstract depictions of nature and human interest shots, particularly sunsets, water, trees and people on his travels to Asia, Africa and Europe. Hagerty spent 35 years in business in leadership development and executive coaching. He lives with his wife Louise and continues his work as an executive coach at the Harvard Business School
