Executive Chef 3 course (appetizer, salad, entrée) meal prepared and served in your home. Doug Pollard will provide his services and the donor will cover the cost of the food. Date to be mutually agreed upon.
A graduate of the prestigious Johnson and Wales University, Chef Doug Pollard's career has led him through executive chef positions in fine dining throughout the country. He has studied in Tuscany, and worked at Legal Sea Foods before his current tenure as the executive chef at IBM Watson Health in Cambridge, MA. He is a resident of Medfield.
