MK (RYT 200 Vinyasa Yoga & RYT 200 Kundalini Yoga) had the great fortune of meeting her spiritual teacher, Gurudass Kaur, and beginning her yoga journey while living in Barcelona in 2001.  She began teaching Kundalini Yoga in 2007 and more recently Vinyasa yoga, which she studied under the vast teachings of Iris Lambert.  Her classes offer a strong flow while incorporating Kundalini Yogic techniques when applicable.
