Spend the day learning the ins and outs of BBQing. Lesson will include appetizers, meat, and maybe a vegetable or two. Learn about brisket, pork butt, ribs, tri-tip, chicken, moink balls, ABTs, fatties, fish, and more. We will go through selection, trimming, prep, tools and techniques, and taste it all. With this also comes the class book that contains over 10 years of knowledge!
