modcup was born in February 2013. Initially a concept born out of the creative minds and pockets of original founders Travas and Mike, it really took flight that May when Justin came aboard. The company was founded on the principle of freshness and a heavy offering of exotic naturally processed coffees. modcup now has 4 retail cafes and a 2000 sq.ft. roastery with a bigger commercial sized roaster and the same award winning exotic, naturally processed coffees and commitment to freshness & quality.  All roasted and served with science and soul.

This roasting class is a one (1) hour duration class taught by one of madcap's master roasters.
