Whether you're looking to tone and shape or increase your athletic performance, this is the gym for you. Hambden Health and Fitness also works with individuals suffering from arthritis, osteoporosis, and overuse injuries. Personal trainers are available on-site. Conveniently located at 13940 GAR Highway in the Hambden Plaza, the gym is open 24 hours and provides secure card access for a very personal, private, and safe environment for all of the gym's community members. Winner of this Gift Certificate can take advantage of the following during the month of APRIL 2019: ONE MONTH GYM MEMBERSHIP + ONE MONTH BOOT CAMP CLASSES. Boot Camp classes are instructed by Chardon's own Beth McFarland and are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30PM and Saturdays at 9:00AM.
