Inform Fitness offers a package of 4 'Power of 10' sessions. Inform Fitness is not an athletic gym, but home of the ‘Power of 10’ – a high-intensity, slow motion, resistance training workout that provides an entire week’s worth of strength training in just 20 minutes. THE 20-MINUTE, ONCE-A-WEEK WORKOUT PROGRAM
The Power-of-10 protocol believes in one singular purpose of exercise – to build muscle safely and efficiently. Clients are guided through a prescribed set of exercises on specially retrofitted and calibrated machines, where the weights are lifted in slow but continuous movements. The goal is to work the muscle to the point of temporary failure, by using a high-intensity resistance and focused technique. Essentially, InForm Fitness offers a revolutionary workout program for people with busy schedules, who want optimal results in minimum time. And, while not in the gym the typical 4 to 5 hours a week, our Clients enjoy the time to live the lives they want.

Helping to keep your focus on you, we’ve removed the distractions and designed our facilities with your comfort in mind.
