After receiving ordination through the traditional 3-year retreat at Kagyu Thubten Choling, Lama Samten served as Wonderwell's first resident teacher. With a background in art therapy and a passion for the quality of transmission through creations offered in the spirit of awakening, she considers the process of creativity itself to be a channel to our indwelling wisdom and love. She is honored to support the flourishing of community and deep retreat at Wonderwell Mountain Refuge.
