Gary Payton signed Basketball

Gary Payton, one of the best point guards in NBA history, autographed this Spaulding basketball in Springfield, MA in 2013 during his induction to the Naismith Hall of Fame. Although he retired with the Miami Heat and winning an NBA championship, Gary remains loyal to the Seattle SuperSonics where he was #20.

The supersonics are now the Oklahoma Thunder who are presently in the NBA playoffs but Gary hopes to bring Sonics back to Seattle one day. Thus, the #20 is always included in his signature as he wants to be remembered for his years of professional achievements not only with the NBA SuperSonics but with the US Dream Team, being voted nine times (an NBA record he shares with Michael Jordan, Kevin Garnett and Kobe Bryant) during his years in Seattle.
