A Knife Skills Class for 6 people with Chef Michael Lipp (Children over 10 are welcome).

Hone your knife skills and prepare a meal of soup, salad and dessert over the course of 2-3 hours in chef Michael Lipp's Prospect Heights kitchen. Michael is a PS9 parent and he has delicious culinary chops: served as Executive Chef at Petrossian; Chef de Cuisine at the Tribeca Grand Hotel; he has also cooked at the famed James Beard House and La Cucina Italiano and was featured on the Martha Stewart Show. He studied at the French Culinary Institute with Jacques Pepin. Your meal will be supplied by Michael. However, please BYOB.
