1001 Nights, A Taste of Morocco For 6

ISTP Parents Omar & Karen Hafez invite you to travel to the exotic city of Fes from the comfort of your living room. Your party of 6 will be treated to a three course meal inspired by the wonderful flavors of Morocco. Begin the meal with a refreshing salad with greens, spearmint, cucumbers, olives, mixed herbs and tomatoes, served with a tangy lemon garlic olive oil dressing.

The centerpiece of the meal is the tajine, a traditional North African slow-cooked stew made with a complexity of spices and vegetables and served over a fluffy bed of couscous.

For dessert, a fragrant cardamom milk pudding known as firni is served with a side of fekkas, a Moroccan version of biscotti.
