All of our specialty coffees are roasted on the premises in our antique 1929 Jabez Burns Roaster. Our master coffee roaster, Grant Heath,who has been roasting coffee for over 40 years has one long-time assistant roaster, Jonathan, and two apprentices. We offer micro-lot coffees and single origins that are hard to find, as well as special blends, dark roasts, decaffeinated, and flavored coffees. We carry a complete line of fine loose leaf teas of different types: black, oolong, green, scented and herbal. Coffee and tea brewing equipment is another specialty in our store. Grant and Kathy Heath are the original owners and operators of The Kaffeeklatsch, Inc. It is one of the few family owned and operated businesses in downtown Huntsville and has been in the same location for since 1976.
