The winner of the Cleveland Cavaliers Game Tickets must redeem their tickets online. Further instructions will be provided to the winning bid.

- Restaurant certificates do not include alcohol, tax, or gratuities unless specified.
- The auction item value listed is an estimate of fair market value. Items have not been appraised unless so noted. The amount you pay above this fair market value estimate may be tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax adviser to clarify amount of deduction.
- A 8% Buyer's Premium (a charge that is added to the winning bid) will be added to every purchase.
- Items can be picked up from US Together office (1415 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Suite 100, Columbus, OH 43229) any work day from 10 am to 4:00 pm after the auction is closed.
- Gift certificates will be mailed (within the U.S.) at no additional charge. E-tickets will be sent to your preferred e-mail.
- We can ship your items to wherever you would like them to go for an additional shipping and handling fee. Shipping will be arranged after the auction is closed.
- Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising directly from US Together, their elected and appointed officials, members and employers, the auctioneer, the auction company and its agents and employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.
