1st / 2nd Grade Mini Veterinary School
Do your kids love animals? Do they dream of becoming a vet? Join the Mini Veterinary School led by real-life veterinarian/McKinley Mom Dr. Kristina Cataline. This will be held after school in McKinley classroom to practice real veterinarian skills like scrubbing into surgery and removing foreign objects from a (model) pet. It's a fun and interactive way to inspire compassion and learn about the science behind keeping our furry friends healthy. No actual animals will be used; we use cuddly plush patients/models! Snacks will be provided.
