Health Check - Cellular DAS (Distributed Antenna System) or Building Cellular Site Survey/Benchmark Assessment (DAS need assessment)
OPTION 1
Cellular DAS (Distributed Antenna System) Health Check
The purpose of the Cellular DAS Health-Check is to review and report on the current status and performance of a wireless system.
Our time on site is generally limited to one day. A system performance engineer and/or a senior technician is sent in to the facility(s) in an effort to walk all MDF/IDF locations that have wireless equipment, to access any wireless controllers/logs/diagnostics, download all available reporting and logs, and collect pictures of equipment in place, cable routing, sample antenna locations, and any other visible components of the system.
All results will be compiled in a PDF report including an executive summary, system profile, findings, and recommendations for remediation/improvements if warranted.
OPTION 2
Building Cellular Site Survey/Benchmark Assessment (DAS need assessment)
Corporate Level Assessment - Meeting with the corporate team allows CTS to provide insight into the dynamics of today’s Mobility world and share the values of providing a converged solution. This exercise involves understanding the company's portfolio of existing operating property types, and working with the team on developing a cost benefit analysis approach to ranking the opportunity for a mobility improvement rollout. CTS also includes development of ROM budgets as a tool for planning of improvements, developing procurement synergies and creating strategies for maximum savings.
Venue Level Assessment - On a project specific basis, CTS begins by providing an analysis of the building's physical properties from existing drawings, existing RF environment both outside and inside the venue (predictive if new construction) and then using detailed reporting CTS summarizes the data for determination of need as well as a conceptual approach to solutions.
Detailed On-Site Survey - Collection of real time RF environment information is used to tune the design accuracy by predicting (1) the interplay between existing outdoor signal with the proposed new indoor signal enhancements, and (2) plotting signal propagation across various building morphologies, thus providing the best overall solution for our customers' needs.
RF Design Solution Presentation - Solution output includes location of all required cable pathways, equipment locations and preliminary BOM.
Delivery of Full Reporting - Final reports include all Survey Information, Equipment Solution Evaluation with Recommendations, Design Approach with Requirements, completed Design including plots of all KPI Predictions, preliminary BOM, Budget(s) and Schedule.
