About Us
If only an instruction guide on how to be with our body in a way that allows for the most ease and grace and health over time came attached to us at birth. Many of my clients enjoy expanded wellness, strength, energy, even into their later years of life. Aging well, recovering fully, and discovering for yourself the healing available within our own bodies in ways not often taught.
Helping change their âhealthcareâ story as is currently understood is the greatest service in alternative healthcare. In my practice, I do not merely treat my clients' symptoms but offer education and we can test their authentic embodiment healing process. Nothing in the body happens in isolation. Dynamic testing postural alignments enlightens us to the possible energy blockages that can keep one stuck fighting gravity and creating unneeded tension in unconscious ways.
This is a fun and enlightening practice that is both energetically authentic and evidence-based manual therapy care in a relaxed, warm, and caring atmosphere.
