A NW community staple since 2012, Pip's Original is a family owned and operated local mom & pop. We specialize in hot doughnuts and house-made chai and still believe in excellence, hospitality and serving everyone with kindness
What makes your chai different?
Five unique family secret recipes of chai , lovingly made in small batches on an open flame stove-top throughout the week. Our chai features flavors from rich cocoa to tropical coconut, Thai pandan tea to ginger molasses spice, even herbal and floral.
What makes your doughnuts so darn good?
Our doughnut batter is closer to a cardamom & nutmeg spiced Belgium waffle than a regular doughnut. Always made hot and fresh for every customer, the golden exterior crunch and pillowy-soft interior will have you dreaming of them long after you've left our shops!
