The Alzheimer Society of Grey-Bruce created the At Home Activity Kit in 2019 to help provide meaningful engagement for people living with dementia to stay active while at home. 

At Home Activity Kits contain hand-selected, meaningful activities tailored to the individual interests and abilities. At Home Acitvity Kits can be picked up at our office or delivered directly to the recipient's home.
