Artist statement:

White is the color of beginnings.
White is the blending of all colors.
For that or some unaccountable reason white surfaces bear an irresistible attraction. Longing to reveal true colors.
When I gaze at the white canvas I feel an urge to splash it with colors.
I am meditating the creation of perfect proportions, flawless values.
It never happens. Nevertheless, consummate artwork never happened after the Renaissance.
But an attempt is delightful and the process is captivating.
My paintings start with a composition idea and evolve into a production in which color is the primary subject.
Any object or event or dream can inspire.
One should not strive to find recondite meaning in my artwork; it is what you see in it.
After all, the value of works of art is an intimate experience.
