Newborn 101 Session

Whether you're pregnant or adopting; having your first child, your second or more; expecting a singleton or multiples; partnered or single; nursing or not, a Newborn 101 Session can help make the arrival of your new baby (or babies) easier and give you confidence.

Meema Spadola is a Certified Postpartum Doula (since 2006) and Certified Lactation Counselor (since 2010) in private practice working with parents of newborns.

A 3-hour Newborn 101 Session in your home can provide targeted support and education around infant feeding (breast and/or bottle), soothing and sleep; practical help such as newborn bathing, baby wearing, or setting up a pump; and/or care for postpartum "newborn" parents.

Three-hour in-home visit in PS 130 zone or nearby. Suggested for newborns within the first 8 weeks postpartum.
