About the artist: Richard was born at Travis A.F.B.California, in 1952. He has lived in Ohio, Montana, Puerto Rico, Europe, and currently in League City, Texas. Richard Williams retired as an art instructor the Alfred C. Glassell Museum School of Art, teaching 38 years. 2020
He graduated from the University of Houston with an M.F.A. in studio arts and a B.S. in art education.
