Sabbagh's interdisciplinary practice includes portraiture, ceramics, and performance. She looks outward to portraits of the world around, taking the forms of traditionally drawn portraits, and nontraditional portraits on ceramic mugs.  Sabbagh labors over each piece, which act as homages and memorials, and are a resistance ot white supremacy.

Sabbagh was recently featured as a National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts (NCECA) presenter for the 2023 Conference in Cincinnati, Ohio.
