Medium: Watercolor reproduction with acrylics

I am thrilled to submit a piece for Helping Paws. All of our family pets have been adopted from this organization and they came to our home...healthy and happy. I spend lots of time in Southwest Florida where the burrowing owls are protected. I have many photos taken of these adorable little "hoots". This canvas is a reproduction of part of a larger watercolor that hangs in Marco Island, Florida.
