Kennebunkport House (Goose Rocks Beach) Getaway Weekend (4 nights)

Come and enjoy our newly renovated house at Goose Rocks Beach in Kennebunkport, Maine.  Plan a mutually agreed upon weekend (not between Memorial Day and Labor Day) to enjoy this beautiful and serene location.  Kennebunkport is spectacular at any time of year, but is especially beautiful in the Fall and during the holiday season for Prelude which encompasses two weekends in December leading up to Christmas.

Our home underwent a complete renovation in 2021. It is located a 6-minute walk from the beach on 2 acres of land.  There is an open concept living room, kitchen and dining room which is great for entertaining.  Master bedroom and bathroom on the lower level.  Two bedrooms upstairs including a kids room that sleeps 4 (2 twins and 2 built-in bunks).  Over the garage but connected to the main house is a fully renovated apartment that has another bedroom, living room, bath and kitchenette.  The house sleeps 10 people and includes a BBQ, firepit and indoor wood burning stove for colder months.  We also have an outdoor shower to wash away the sand when returning from the beach. 

There is so much to explore in the area from the quaint village of Cape Porpoise, downtown Kennebunkport with all of the charming shops and restaurants to Portland which is only a 40-minute trip north.  There is hiking, biking, bird watching, boating, fishing or just sitting quietly reading a book.  The house comes equipped with some bicycles, beach chairs, beach cart and has all the amenities you would need.  Kennebunkport, Portland and the surrounded area is home to many amazing restaurants to explore.
