An unforgettable architectural experience at Frank Lloyd Wright’s masterpiece, Fallingwater (1935), a national treasure, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and perhaps the best- known private house in the history of the world.
The fading late afternoon light signals the start of the experience with a private behind-the-scenes evening tour of Fallingwater for your group of up to four (4) people. As the sun sets and the house lights up like a lantern in the forest, an expert educator will guide your group on an exploration of Frank Lloyd Wright’s masterpiece of organic architecture.
Following the tour, you will be enjoy a reception of hors d’oeuvres and wine in Fallingwater’s living room followed by a delicious candlelight dinner with wine pairings on the house’s Pottery Terrace. Fallingwater’s Executive Chef will craft a seasonal meal reflecting local traditions of Appalachian Pennsylvania with ingredients sourced from nearby farms.
After dinner, you will stay overnight in historic cabins on the Fallingwater grounds.
Included with this experience will be a signed copy of the new book, Fallingwater: Living With And In Art, (Rizzoli Electra, 2025), by Justin Gunther, the Executive Director of Fallingwater, to be released in March, 2025 (provided at time of tour). Also a copy of Frank Lloyd Wright: The Houses (Rizzoli, 2005) by author and Modernism Week Board Member, Alan Hess and a copy of Fallingwater Rising: Frank Lloyd Wright, E.J.Kaufmann, and America’s Most Extraordinary House (Knopf, 2005) by Franklin Toker, revealing the full story of the house’s creation (shipped after auction ends), and a $250 Gift Card to use at the Visitors Center Gift Store (provided upon tour date confirmation).

No refund if experience unused, however upon request, MW will provide a letter for tax purposes stating that auction purchase is unused and no goods or services received, converting auction item to a 510c3 non-profit cash donation.
