Highly collectable pattern. Set of six (6) vintage Metlox 'Poppytrail' dinner plates from the Contempora line.
Dimensions: 10 ¼" x 10 ¼"
Condition: Very good vintage condition. No chips or cracks to be seen with the exception for a small chip in the purple glaze of one plate.
Glazed white earthenware painted in purple, red, aqua and yellow with abstract designs.
Metlox Potteries, Manhatten Beach, CA. The shape designer by Frank Irwin, and introduce in 1954. Patter designer Robert Allen and introduced in 1955.
