Hotel dates are for arrival Friday, February 23, departure Monday, February 26. The hotel is less than a 2-block walk to the Annenberg Theater in the Palm Springs Art Museum, where all the performances take place. Couldn’t be more convenient!!

Including an Elegant Jazz Dinner evening at Walt Disney's desert hideaway, the private Smoke Tree Ranch on Sunday, February 25 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with cocktails and a sumptuous sit-down dinner, accompanied by the Lance Conrad Quartet, exclusively for VIPs between Sunday's shows.
Things to Know:
Upon check-in for Opening Night: VIP ALL ACCESS ticket holders will exchange the ticket pdf received for a personalized VIP Lanyard/I.D. to use for all PSJazzFest Events and Smoke Tree Dinner.
For Performances: The entrance to the Annenberg Theater is located behind the Annenberg Theater Box Office.
Ample free public parking is available in the multi-level public garage across from the Palm Springs Art Museum.
For the Smoke Tree Ranch Dinner:
Location is in South Palm Springs.
This event is mostly outdoors, heaters will be used if necessary, so please dress accordingly.
Cocktails start at 5:00 PM Sit down dinner at 5:30 PM.
Ticketed guests should check-in at the Smoke Tree guard gate no earlier than 5:00 PM.
Guests will not gain access before that time.
At that time tickets and guests will be verified and given driving instructions to the Ranch House.
Ticketed guests are allowed to drive only from the guard gate to the Ranch House and return.
Parking is complimentary and near the Ranch House, but some walking may be required depending on where available parking is upon your arrival.
Handicap parking is available.
This event is wheelchair accessible.
Non-refundable if auction item is not used or for any unused performance or other unused component of this package.
