Evening Yin Yoga
Undo the busyness of your day and promote a good night's sleep with this soothing yin session. This class is very meditative and includes fewer yoga poses. Yin yoga focuses on longer stretches for the plastic tissues, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Through the longer holds yin yoga helps to balance the internal organs and improve the flow of prana/qi throughout the body. I suggest wearing your pyjamas. This class could be done in bed as I leave you in savasana to drift off to sleep.
