He is new in the packaging. There is a bit of wear on the packaging and the plastic bubble is coming loose from the cardboard at the top

Winning bidders can pick up their items at the GPS table at HiddenMN Craft Fair in Roseville, MN, https://hiddenmn.com/, on Saturday, December 16th, or Sunday, December 17th, between 11 am and 5 pm both days. There will also be a limited selection of items available at the table for immediate sale.
