Paella Party for Twelve hungry people

Paella is a traditional Spanish rice dish containing chicken, andouille sausage, shrimp, vegetables, and lots of garlic and smoked paprika. Jane Alexander will prep everything before arrival and arrive two hours before dinner time with coolers of prepped ingredients, paella pan and burner.  Half the fun is watching the process! This is a one dish meal.  Host/hostess should provide bread, wine (or sangria) and dessert.

This needs to be scheduled in July, August, or September, as good outdoor weather is required for the outdoor paella burner (and chef).
