Bids are on the entire tree, lights, ornaments, and extra goodies on and under the tree. However, the winning bidder has the option to donate trees and/or lights back to the Center for us to use next year, and the bidder retains all ornaments and extra gifts. Extension cords and tables aren't included with any item.

The Silent Auction will officially end on Sunday, December 10 at 9 p.m. At that moment, the highest bidders will be automatically charged using a credit card in a secure account. A paid invoice will be emailed, which reflects an additional 3% for processing fees.

Winners can pick up their items in person at Carrollwood Cultural Center, 4537 Lowell Rd, Tampa, FL, between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Monday, December 11, Tuesday, December 12, or Wednesday, December 13. Bring boxes and other packaging material.

Items unclaimed after December 13 are donated back to the Center. The funds paid by the highest bidder will be recognized as a donation to the Center. No refunds will be given.

Special thanks to members of the community for contributing to the creation of each tree through their generous donations of trees, various items, and sponsorships.
