Family coaching or Positive Discipline

I am Raffy Hutchinson,a sociologist, a Family Coach certified by the International Association of Coaching (IAC), a Parent Educator Certified in Positive Discipline by the PDA, and an Encouragement Consultant.

Through a journey of self-discovery and personal growth that began almost 10 years ago (and that will last my entire lifetime) I have faced up to my limiting beliefs, my fears and what did not allow me to grow and evolve as a person.

I have learned to look at people and life with different eyes (good eyes), to use new parenting tools to help my children develop the life skills they need to be the best versions of themselves in this world and to see mistakes as opportunities for growth.

I love my work with families helping parents understand their children better and enjoy parenting more. And I love accompanying people who want to know themselves better to discover where certain beliefs and certain patterns of behavior that limit them come from. Life is a wonderful adventure that is worth living fully and the "Knowing Me is Loving Me" programme can help in the process of becoming the best version of ourselves.

I am very pleased to support MarAlliance and their work to understand and protect marine wildlife with communities through this auction gift of three (3) sessions of family coaching and/or positive discipline.
