Winning Bidders will be automatically charged when the auction closes at 9 p.m. November 18, 2023.  If you are a guest at the event, you are expected to pick up your item that evening.

Items that are not picked up the evening of the event, or which are won by bidders that did not attend the event, will incur a shipping cost as indicated in the item description.

Winning Bidders of items not claimed in person will be contacted the week of November 20, 2023 for credit card information to cover the cost of shipping.  Items will be shipped out within 2 days of receipt of payment.
