With expertise in modern cooking, world perspective, and seasonal food, Adam is a formidable chef. He now executes and oversees all creative menu choices at both Vinology in Ann Arbor and The Bird & The Bread in Birmingham. Like Vinology, The Bird and The Bread was named as one of the top 10 best new restaurants of 2014 by the Detroit Free Press.
