He is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School. Adam started his fine dining career at Chicago’s renowned Moto, under Chef Homaro Cantu. With expertise in modern cooking, world perspective, and seasonal food, Adam is a formidable chef. He now executes and oversees all creative menu choices at both Vinology in Ann Arbor and The Bird & The Bread in Birmingham. Like Vinology, The Bird and The Bread was named as one of the top 10 best new restaurants of 2014 by the Detroit Free Press.
