Koroitj(Tower Hill), a dormant volcano, is a short drive from our distillery and serves as inspiration for our Gin. Native botanicals from our friends at Worn Gundidj include. Correa Alba (hand picked from inside the volcanic crater), mountain pepper from the Otway ranges & lemon myrtle. Blended with juniper, coriander, oranges and fresh lemon our Gin is the perfect expression of South West.
