When you place a bid on an online auction item, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if you are the winning bidder. Where the winning bidder is unable to make payment, the losing bidder will automatically be classed as the winning bidder.

Freight and collection of all auction items are the responsibility of the winner bidder. All auction items must be collected within 7 days of the conclusion of the auction.

All items are as is and are not redeemable for cash or exchange. The seller shall not be held responsible for any defects or faults in respect to the purchase.
