OUT OF THE BOX YOGA is a hot power yoga studio located in the Upper Westside of Atlanta. We are made of a committed, passionate, perfectly-imperfect team, dedicated to creating a movement promoting health, breath, mind and connection to personal truth. Come in and get sweaty, messy, REAL!!! Inspired by the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Method, combining movement, breath and possibility. Our powerful classes are for ALL LEVELS, focusing a strong emphasis on breath, flow and play, allowing beginner, intermediate, and advanced students to be challenged. The room is heated 85-90 degrees, helping to cleanse the body and warm the muscles.
