Located in a privately gated community with your own private beach, tennis courts, putting green, and other amenities, this gorgeous private, 12,000 square feet, 6 King Suite Villa comfortable sleeps 6 couples with each suite having a private bathroom. The 2-Tier Waterfall Infinity Pool & Lounge Pool overlook the Pacific Ocean. Sit back, grab a margarita, and enjoy the water while you watch the beautiful sunsets every evening. The house is fully staffed with 5 house staff, including chef, bartender, maid, and house manager to prepare all of your meals and serve your favorite beverages daily. Deep sea fishing, golf, tennis, paragliding, horseback riding and ATV’s are all nearby. 

Conveniently located on the Peninsula de Santiago, Villa Paraiso will sweep you into the charm and excitement of Manzanillo! Dine at one of the neighborhood’s many world-renowned restaurants, enjoy fresh-squeezed juices from one of the colorful stalls along the beach, and don’t miss live bossa-nova show in one of the local bars.

Rescheduling and cancellations of your stay at Villa Paraiso must be done six months prior to your scheduled date. This policy is due to the fact that Villa Paraiso does not operate as a resort and does not receive drop-in traffic. Therefore, ample notice must be made in order for the week to be booked by another party and ensure that our staff can be paid appropriately. If you have any questions regarding changing or cancelling your reservation, please contact us.

The winning bidder will work directly with Villa Paraiso to schedule their vacation.  Vacation package includes 1 week accommodations.  Transportation directly from the airport to the Villa is available for up to 12 people for an extra charge.  Airfare and activities are the responsibility of travelers.  The staff at Villa Paraiso will shop and prepare the food and drinks requested, but the cost of the food/drink is paid by the travelers.  Tips not included in the auction price.

This is a new concept for Mayfest and there is a minimum bid of $8,000.  MLS will receive half of the total winning bid.  For bids less than $10,000, travel during winter months is blacked outs. Bids between $10,000-$15,000 allow travel during the winter, but not holidays.  Bids of $15,000 allow full travel options.
