Smoked Ham:

Get your bid in now for this 12 pound smoked ham.

This ham has been smoked over green aspen (bark removed) and both injected and marinated.  It is smoked for 6 hours and then finished off in the oven for another 4 hours.

It would be available from mid-June to September for pick up.

The winning bidder will be contacted to set up a date and time that will work best for everyone for the item to be picked up.
