VIP Experience – Searching for Frank Sinatra in Palm Springs

On Thursday, 23FEB, a lucky auction bidder and 3 guests will be met at their Palm Springs home or hotel by their private driver and comfortable SUV for a special Frank Sinatra experience.  

First up, a picture opportunity at Frank Sinatra’s star on Palm Springs famous Walk of Stars.  After a brief stop, guests will be driven to the Movie Colony neighborhood of Palm Springs for an interior tour of Frank Sinatra’s Palm Springs estate at the sold-out Palm Springs Preservation Foundation ‘Twin Palms’ Estate Tour.  Leaving with an eight-page collectable handout in hand, your driver will then whisk you to Desert Memorial Park in Cathedral City where you will be met and escorted to Sinatra’s gravesite, where he was laid to rest in 1998.  After paying respects, which may or may not include a shot of Jack Daniels, you will be driven back to Palm Springs and, if you’re in the mood, your driver will drop you off at one of Sinatra’s favorite haunts, Melvyn’s Restaurant, where you can have a martini in his honor.   Included are 2 DVD copies of the excellent 2019 documentary, ‘Sinatra in Palm Springs – The Place He Called Home’.  

This experience is valid only for Thursday, February 23 during Modernism Week.  It may not be used at any other time or carried over to the following year.
