A little bit about historic Smoke Tree Ranch.  Located on a gently rising alluvial fan, created and landscaped by nature, and sheltered by the San Jacinto Mountains, the Ranch is blessed with irreplaceable desert shrubs, Smoke Trees, and breathtaking acreage touched by undisturbed wildflowers. From the gatehouse, driving through the natural desert landscape to the cottages and the Ranch House feels as though you’re gone back in time to early Palm Springs.

This very private and exclusive enclave is minutes away from the Village of Palm Springs. Of the approximately 400 acres of Ranch land, 375 acres are open space or reserved for the Colonists’ residences, and 20 acres for the Guest Ranch, which is the focal point of Smoke Tree.  

Your luxury cottage accommodates two (2) and will be yours for one night, Monday, February 20, 2023.  Each of the cottages is situated to ensure privacy and to experience spectacular desert and mountain views.  

Restrictions/Limitations:  
Accommodation for 2 adults for one (1) night in a one-bedroom luxury cottage.  Please, no smoking and no pets.  Check in 4 p.m. Check out noon. The property is open only to registered guests and Smoke Tree residents. No visitors allowed.  Stay is valid only for 1 night, Monday, February 20, 2023 and may not be used at any other time.
