In demand Los Angeles based architects Brett Woods and Joseph Dangaran, who founded their fast growing firm in 2013, are devotees of midcentury modernism and are committed to expressing classic modern tenets in a manner perfectly suited to twenty-first century living.
In addition to restoring multiple 1960s houses, including Craig Ellwood’s 1965 Moore House, Woods + Dangaran have created spectacular new residences that have made their firm one of the newest stars on the Los Angeles architecture scene.
Three of their new residences received AIALA Residential Architecture Awards in 2022, one of which, the stunningly precise Desert Palisades House in Palm Springs, received wide media acclaim.
A monograph of their work, Woods + Dangaran: Architecture and Interiors was published October 2022 by Rizzoli.
The winning high bidder and up to 3 guests will have the opportunity to tour the Los Angeles architecture and design studio of Woods + Dangaran, on a mutally agreeable date and time. The tour must take place by the end of September, 2023. Booking must be made in advance, for a mutally agreeable date/time, and instructions to reserve a date/time will be provided to winning bidder soon after the conclusion of the online auction on December 11, 2022.
Included are two signed monographs of their work and lunch to be scheduled offsite prior to or following the tour.
