Vintage Lusterware Tea Set

You are bidding on a Japanese, iridescent, hand painted set consisting of 5 matching dessert plates, cups/saucers, tea pot, creamer and sugar bowl. The set was produced in the early 1950's, with softly painted flowers of pink, blue, and yellow on a rich peach background. Gray blue tidal waves balance the design of each piece, creating an earth, water and nature theme.

 A perfect setting for a restful, cozy, afternoon tea gathering.
