For the landmark 20th Annual McLeod Children's Hospital Radiothon, I wanted to do something special.

To that end, I am offering up to one country fan a one-of-a-kind item that I hope will bring in a huge donation.

February 19th, 2003 - George Strait did a show in North Charleston. A couple weeks prior, I went on EBay and purchased a "Pure Country" movie poster for the event.

Going backstage prior to the show, I got to meet George - and showed him the poster. He broke into a big smile looking at it and I asked him to sign it for me, which he did.

I framed it, and it is a prized possession and memory for me. It has hung in my home, and at the radio station, and now it can be yours.

For the kids, for McLeod, I am asking for bidding to start at a donation of $6,000.00. I'm not selling, I'm donating - and if you do, the kids benefit.

I know it's a lot, but I am hoping to inspire someone to give big as we hope to raise more money than ever for a cause we have supported for twenty years.
