Week in the Garden House, Wellfleet, MA
A beautiful yard with a koi fishpond and a large deck make this spacious Pilgrim Place resident's 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house a pleasant vacation home-away-from-home for the whole family.
The main floor has a large living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and one bedroom with a queen bed and a shower/toilet across the hallway. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a shower/tub/toilet bathroom. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a rice cooker, espresso machine, and lobster pot! There also is high-speed wireless or cable Internet, a TV with VCR/DVD, a stereo with iPod connection, an extensive DVD collection, and all holiday amenities: beach chairs, deck furniture, and a gas grille.
The house and the yard have a spacious and calm ambiance – perfect for vacationers wanting peace and relaxation. A neighborhood tidal inlet beach, with mid to high-tide swimming, is about a mile away, and a boat launch area and entrance to a sandy path for walking around the beautiful tidal marsh edge is about 3/4 mile away. It is about 5-10 minutes by car to Wellfleet Center, the ocean, the ponds, and the bayside beaches.

No street shoes and no smoking.
There are four steps to get in the front door, so not wheelchair accessible.
Winners must supply their own linens. They can be brought or can be rented at the Furies in Wellfleet. Linens can be ordered online before arrival.
Note: This auction is for a one-week vacation in April. There is a second auction for a week in the Garden House in October.

- When you sign up to place your first bid on an auction basket, you must register and create an account.
- When you register, you'll receive an email asking you to confirm your email address at your email address "to help protect the integrity of our users and prevent spam." CharityAuctionsToday sends this email to you.
- After you are registered, you can log in and bid.
- When you bid for the first time, you will be asked for your credit card information.
- If you are outbid, if desired, you can receive a text or email notification with a direct link to the basket so you can bid again.
The following pickup options are available to auction basket winners. Please note we cannot ship baskets.
- Baskets won that are intended to be gifts for Pilgrim Place residents and staff can be delivered any weekday between November 21 and December 23 (except November 24 & 25). Please advise us when you would like your gift basket delivered.
- Baskets that Pilgrim Place Residents and Staff win can be picked up or delivered at Pilgrim Place by arrangement.
- Individuals who win baskets can make arrangements for a contactless pickup at Pilgrim Place by calling 909-399-5511.
- Auction winners will be automatically assigned and charged when the auction ends on Sunday, November 20, 2022, at 6:00 PM PST.
- Your credit card statement will reflect charges from Pilgrim Place.
- Winning bidders will receive a paid invoice by email and are asked to contact us about pickup options.
- No tax will be charged on winning auctions.

Notes for this auction
- There is a minimum starting bid on all auctions.
- There may be a Reserve Price on a basket. A reserve price is a bid amount that must be reached before an item will sell. If the bidding does not meet the reserve price, the basket will close without a winner.
- You will not be asked to pay a Buyers Premium. A buyer's premium is an extra fee that some auctions add to your final invoice amount to help cover fees associated with shipping, handling, or processing.
