Kiona started her career attending a local college for business eventually transitioning into color theory, watercolor art, and floral design. During that time, she worked at Alpine Ridge salon as a receptionist – this is where she discovered her true passion for the art of being a hairstylist.
She has since graduated with honors in the Final Phase of Paul Mitchell the School of Denver participating in multiple fashion shows and charity events. She was a top tier stylist at Chrome Salon for 3 years with a focus on highlighting and corrective color.
Kiona continues her education with classes specializing in balayage, bridal styling, and precision cutting. Her goal is making her clients feel confident and beautiful with every visit to Milou.
