This certificate allows for TWO school-aged children & TWO adults to be introduced to Birding during a TWO -Hour Birding Tour of Galveston Island State Park.

This two hour trip is for two adults who would like introduce two of their favorite young friends or relatives to birding.  This trip leader is Dr Alice Anne ODonell,  local birder and conservationist. She’s a neighbor of Artist boat , long time leader of FEATHERFEST and Galveston County Audubon Group field trips . She will teach the children  (and adults if needed), how to use binoculars, and learn about  the habitat of where the  common park birds , eat, rest, and play. The adults will learn how to identify common park  birds using the Merlin app . Refreshment will be provided. Trip good through January, February, March, May or June at a time mutually convenient.

She will provide binoculars if needed.
