ABOUT THE ARTIST
Nannette Forth Scrase is a multi-disciplined painter, ceramist and sculptor. Nannette’s ceramics and sculpture have won numerous awards and her paintings have placed in every juried show she has entered. Her work has been exhibited in many galleries and
can be found in private collections and corporate offices.Nannette has studied landscape painting with George Keener, impressionist and abstract painting with Joe Perrin, drawing and ceramics with Lori Gene, and sculpture with George Beasley and Clark Ashton. Nannette’s watercolor, acrylic, and oil paintings range from traditional landscapes, still
life, and character studies to impressionist and abstract works.
“I love all types of art and I enjoy working in different disciplines, mediums and styles, which allows me a great freedom of artistic expression. My subjects vary from my imagination to the world I live in. It’s my personal vision and interpretation that distinguishes my artwork and that is what is most important to me. My art brings me so much joy and satisfaction and it gives me great pleasure to share my work with others.”
Nannette is a native of Georgia and her studio and home are located in Peachtree Corners.
